About us

We believe in the development of society in northern Sweden, and think that we can make a difference.

Housing is becoming increasingly expensive while storage and storage space is being prioritized in new construction, especially. In parallel with this, our leisure interests tend to increase, and require more and more equipment. And wouldn't it be good if instead of throwing away, we could save and reuse?

In this initiative, we have asked ourselves several questions, to which we also believe we have the answer.

• Can a storage room help in growth areas in northern Sweden?
• Can a storage room make a difference for a new resident who lives in smaller temporary housing to perhaps feel comfortable and want to establish themselves permanently in the area?
• Can we help create moving chains that allow people to move from their large villa to an apartment and free up space for our new residents? Can we make it easier for smaller businesses to expand by renting flexible storage space on a monthly basis?

We believe that the answer to all of the questions above is Yes. Modern self storage is a natural part of larger cities. We hope that with this initiative we will contribute to developing places where people can live, work and live.
