Booking a Storage Unit on the Website
Can I call instead and book by phone?
Yes, you can call +46 910-770000 and we will help you book via the website. We always prefer bookings to be made through the website, as it involves identification with Bank ID and a digital key will be created for you.
Can I pay using a method other than a credit card?
Currently, we only accept payment via credit card, which you enter during the booking process.
I’m not receiving the SMS with the 6-digit code after completing my booking?
Check that you’ve entered the correct mobile number. You can log in using Bank ID on My Pages and verify the information you've provided. You can also edit your mobile number there. However, you need to contact us so we can manually push the SMS through the system again.
My number is correct but I’m still not getting the SMS?
If you have an Android phone, check your SMS spam inbox.
I have a discount code but it doesn’t seem to apply the discount?
After entering the discount code, you must click on Activate Discount Code. You will then see the discount applied in the calculation on the right side.
Storage Units
Do I need a digital key or can I use my own padlock?
In our facility, only our locks are used on the units, and it's not possible to use your own padlock. You need the digital key to access the premises, the building, and your storage unit.
How do I open the storage unit?
When you're standing by your unit, it will be highlighted in the app. Press “Unlock.” The light will change from red to green, then slide the latch to the side and open the door.
My storage unit won’t open?
Make sure you’re at the correct unit if it’s not showing up in the app or if the lock isn’t working as expected. Also, ensure that Bluetooth and location services are enabled on your phone. Avoid being on a call while trying to unlock.
How do I lock the storage unit?
Slide the latch on the door into the lock. You will hear the mechanism engage and the light will change from green to red.
I can’t slide the latch to the side on my roll-up door unit, even though the lock is open and the light is green?
There is a rubber seal under the roll-up door which can sometimes lift the door slightly. Press down gently on the door while sliding the latch to the side.

Opening Hours
The facility is open every day from 06:00 to 22:00 and is normally locked, so you’ll need your key app to access the premises during open hours. After 22:00, access is locked and the premises are alarmed. The facility is always under video surveillance, both indoors and outdoors.
Insurance
Do I need to have insurance?
Yes, we require all customers to have insurance, both for your own and other guests’ safety. Read more about the insurance here.
Contract Termination
What is the notice period?
The notice period is one full calendar month. If you terminate your contract on the 22nd of a month, the notice period runs until the last day of the following month. So in this case, the total notice period would be 38 days if the month has 30 days.
How do I terminate my contract?
Log in using Bank ID on My Pages and click on Terminate under your storage unit contract.
We will then confirm your final contract date.
